SATURDAY JULY 26, 2003-Claudia Paglusch, 5, is followed by her sister Audrey Paglusch,7, both of St. Peters as they walk along the Old Chain of Rocks bridge Saturday. Following close by is their grandparents Chris and Debra Kealey, of St. Peters in a classic Thunderbird. For one hour on Saturday the bridge was open to cars as part of the Illinois and Missouri Route 66 associations' joint picnic, their first combined event. The bridge has been closed to traffic for 35 years.
